It would be bad for the baby's health to be in a room with Phoebus. At least Phoebus is in a room with Fagin right now. (The crazy cat killer and the bi-polar rapist in a room...) Kida wouldn't mind a room with Phoebus if she had rope. Wait till he's asleep, and tie him up real tight...

@Esme Same reason for Cindy not to be roomed with him; she's having a baby too (just doesn't know it yet XD) And tying him up real tight would be lovely XD Okay, actually, we need to tie up both Phoebus and Fagin >.>
